    Validation Testing – our validation lab offers risk-factor testing to ensure your product design and system is durable enough to withstand real-life scenarios.     Turnkey Testing Systems

    Streamlined, data-driven test automation to help you deliver quality products at a fraction of the time and cost. We provide software, hardware, system architecture, electrical design, measurement, controls, traceability, data acquisition, and real-time analytics. We utilize National Instruments components and our programmers are experts in LabView.

    Manufacturing

    We are manufacturing experts operating by gold standards in the industry.

    Marquardt’s total production and administration area spans across 115,000 sq. ft, which includes our onsite, ESD-protected, injection molding, electronic manufacturing and assembly production areas. Whether you need help with capacity shortages and need to quickly turn around product, or you are interesting in the full production offering, we can support you through the entire process.

     

    Molding – with various on-site molding presses, Marquardt is capable of producing 100’s of thousands of components per week. We use the highest-quality engineering grade thermoplastic resins.

    Marquardt has both single and two-component capabilities. Each molding process is established utilizing scientific molding principals and is validated thoroughly using installation, operational, and process qualifications. We use advanced equipment, statistical analysis, and precise traceability of products with a strict performance standard of zero defects in our injection molding processes.

    Maintenance and toolroom technicians handle nearly 100% of injection mold maintenance and repair in house. Our skilled toolmakers perform repairs, new mold grooming and upgrades using the modern equipment available in our facility.

     

    Electronic Production – Our surface-mount technology (SMT) manufacturing lines have the capacity to produce 100’s of thousands of printed circuit board assemblies per week. Every PCB we produce undergoes automated electrical and optical testing and programming that ensures minimal handling and human interference.

    The printed circuit boards are separated through automatic processes using cloud-based good/bad sorting for 100% reliability.

    Our traceability solutions oversee the fulfillment of the main process steps, providing automatic interlocking, and therefore, completely removing human error. For additional quality assurance, we use automated optical 3D solder paste inspection.

    Marquardt’s state-of-the-art pick-and-place machines can handle high mix / low volume production environments, mounting up to 80,000 board components every hour.

     

    Assembly Production – Our 24/7 assembly production area features both automated and semi-automated assembly lines.

    We have established autonomous-production and cross-functional teams that work together to ensure a quick response time, root-cause analysis, and resolution when issues arise.
