Rietheim-Weilheim, November 2023 – Anyone who controls a tractor or combine harvester must be able to concentrate fully on their work in the field without being distracted by complicated controls or tedious operation. With its new Intelli-Controls product family, Marquardt is presenting particularly intuitive and safe control units at the Agritechnica trade fair in Hanover, which not only feel good, but also meet all agricultural requirements. The dust- and water-resistant control units can be perfectly integrated into the vehicle systems of all types of agricultural and construction machinery. Commercial and municipal vehicles such as snow clearers, road cleaning equipment or Unimogs as well as all machines used for material handling also benefit from the technology.

Advantages for manufacturers  

The mechatronics expert Marquardt flexibly adapts the products to specific customer requirements in terms of functional scope and design. All four variants of the Intelli-Controls family are based on a modular technology platform and, thanks to a functional combination of hardware and software, are highly configurable with regard to the operating concept and the desired functionalities. The units are compact, robust and flush-mounted.

Customizable configuration  

The Intelli-Controls control units have four to six buttons, which Marquardt also offers in combination with a rotary/push actuator. The rotary/push button as well as the design of the buttons can be adapted to the needs, requirements and cockpit design on request. Background and function lighting, symbols and material colors can be configured as desired. With its new generation of Human Machine Interface (HMI) control units, Marquardt offers a durable solution that combines expert design with comfortable haptics and meets all the requirements of agricultural vehicles.

World's largest trade fair for agricultural technology

Agritechnica, organized by the German Agricultural Society (DLG), is considered the world's largest trade fair for agricultural technology. It will take place in Hanover from 12 to 18 November 2023.  Under the motto "Cultivating The Future", Marquardt will be presenting its solutions in Hall 17, Stand E57.
