Quickstart Guide

1. Create a new account at the following link: www.cargoclix.com/marquardt.
2. Log into your account for our time slot management system via the following link: www.cargoclix.com/timeslot.
3. On the “Service provider” tab, select CargoMarket “Marquardt Logistik GmbH”, the corresponding location, and the required ramp group.
4. Book a free time slot in the calendar. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.
5. Notify your driver and give them your booking confirmation.

Which Marquardt locations currently require a time slot to be booked through Cargoclix?

> A time slot must be booked for deliveries or pickups at our logistics center in Rietheim (Untere Breite 4, 78604 Rietheim-Weilheim)
> A time slot must be booked for deliveries or pickups at our empty container center in Rietheim (Untere Breite 6, 78604 Rietheim-Weilheim)
When is the latest time for a driver to arrive at the reception and at the ramp?

> Registration must be completed 15 minutes before the booked time slot begins at the latest
> The driver should be at the ramp 5 minutes before the time slot begins
What happens if the driver arrives early or late?

> If the driver is running late and cannot keep the booked time slot, the existing time slot is deleted and the driver has to wait until the next free time slot.

> If the driver is early, he must wait until the booked time slot begins. If an empty slot is available, loading/unloading can be moved up.
What happens if no time slots are available but the goods have to be delivered/collected on the same day?

> In this case, the respective hauling company has to request a separate time slot from Marquardt Logistik GmbH
