Additionally, the social side of this job is great too – that’s something I noticed way back when I started at Marquardt as a student on a combined vocational training and degree program ten years ago. I was transferred to the Sibiu site, where I continued to work for three years. The openness of my Romanian colleagues made it easy for me to start there.
